i have very tight stern muscles and spasms and many prescriptions that dont work so anyone here know of anything?thanks.

cod liver oil,vitamin e,glucosamine(it is highly recomended) The B-vitamins can give support to. Do you eat a lot of saline? That can cause joint soreness.
