Acupuncture for niggle nouns? and for thinning spine?

Has anyone tried acupuncture for Arthritis pain or for thinning hair? Did you steal Chinese herbs in conjunction next to the acupuncture and if so what is your opinion of the results?
I have used acupuncture for pain. I be really scared but desperate. I was amazed at how effectual it was. I would do it again. I don't see it helping thinning hair.
Depending on how advanced the arthritis is - acupuncture can be VERY forceful (in conjunction with the proper herbal formula) for arthritis pain. If in that is no calcification of the joints yet, you can probably reverse it as okay. Be sure your acupuncturist can prescribe herbs and make dietary recommendation as well. A good place to start is www.acufinder.com.
With regard to the thinning hair: depends on the cause/diagnosis. Sounds like you may own a lot of heat or fire surrounded by your system. Adding the proper herbs and changing your diet can be exceptionally long-suffering. Good luck! I have recently have two sessions of Acupuncture following an RTA at the end of April. The first for hip and back throbbing was very impressive and I am completely free of pain, the second yesterday for lower back anguish has left me outlook a little sore. To be honest I was sceptical something like it's effectiveness and am pleasantly surprised just how influential it's been at relieving my pain. You could try it once and see what you guess. I have no personal experience of the herbs, but I know my Mother tried them and they made her rather ill. If I remember correctly she had some big-hearted of reaction to them. Don't however let that put you bad, my mother may have been the exception a bit than the rule. :0)
It's B.S., like hypnotism and horoscopes. See a doctor for chronic pain.

Not some nut mission trying to make money on the naive.
I have had acupuncture for Osteo Arthritis, and i enjoy to say I have be really impressed as pain releif.though, I have to say-so, after six sessions, the relief only really last for a matter of weeks. I have never really considered Chinese herb though. I have used acupuncture for pain. I be really scared but desperate. I was amazed at how effectual it was. I would do it again. I don't see it helping thinning hair.

I dont know more or less hair loss but it helped my migraine a bit, i couldnt fetch on with the treatment because it was a bit expensive at lb40 per hour. It's B.S., like hypnotism and horoscopes. See a doctor for chronic pain.

Answers:    Sticking pins in me seem a little too much for me. I use an Australian oil call Elmore Oil for arthritis and muscular pain. It is fantastic and painless. Its also 100% natural.
It didn't comfort my Athritis but when I stuck loads of pins in my head it looked approaching I had siver hair. Good result but sore.
