Adrenal fatigue?

I have burned my adrenals. I actually suggest I did it from drinking too much green tea and lattes. Has anyone been through this and, how long did it take you to alleviate? Please advise.
aloe vera drink will assist heaps
also honey with lemon
and nice long drinks of anything that contains vitamin c and e it want take long a few days
The green tea have to have a lot of sugar within it to burn out, because caffeine is very little.

Adrenal control your fight or flight system of coping. Staying awake when your tired, and not allowing your body to relax is what cause this problem.

Natures Sunshine along with other companies have vitmains that relief support your adrenal system. It takes a LONG time to get them working again... A LONG time surrounded by case you didnt understand the first time. NO ABSOLUTELY NO SUGARS, ENERGY DRINKS, COFFEE, SODA (even DIET)
Answers:    Not sure you actually burned them out. There are a few diseases which empire consider 'adrenal burnout'. Here's 2 of them: Addison's disease and Cushings disease. Both are related to cortisol (a stress hormone) level secretions: Addison's doesn't produce plenty cortisol and Cushings is too much cortisol in the body. These are very extreme cases of of Adrenal disorders. and I'm sure you do not have these or you'd be seeing a Dr. and not posting here.

There are so many factor involved here, not just the adrenal glands but what the other glands involved sending messages are just as critical and could be effecting the situation: the hypothalamus and pituitary glands.

What seems to be happening is possibly an overstressed, overworked situation. When our body is beneath stress it doesn't differentiate between running away from a bear or being slow for an appointment. It sees it the same, releasing alike anti-stress hormone cortisol. It's easy to get into a stress state surrounded by this modern world with it's pressures, doing to much and over-stimulation. There are tests that you can thieve to find out what your hormone levels are

Coffee can make it worse as it revs the system up after it tanks again putting more stress on it. Then we want more coffee to perk up again. Also a lot of sugars and giant carb breakfasts without protein puts the body in a high/low blood sugar cycle that can manufacture it worse.

Herbal protocols..

There are herbs called adaptogens, as they oblige increase the body's resistance to stress. They work in various ways depending on what your body wishes: boosting energy, better sleep, mood improvement, better coping beneath stressful situations to name a few. These are usually taken as a tonic, meaning every hours of daylight. I advise people that they will most possible need to change the formula after roughly 6-8 months as the body gets used to the herbs.

Some adaptogens used are...
Eleutherococcus, Reishi mushroom (one of my favorites), Astragalus, Ashwaghanda, Holy Basil (another favorite)

A virtuous diet: 3 square meals a day and a snack
Possibly a B-complex
and Omega-3's

I go through this last year. And going off coffee be one of the hardest things I had to do. At the moment I'm not taking adaptogens and I've taken out a few stressful things in my enthusiasm. But I have to say that if I started on the coffee again I'd running out up back to where I be. And I LOVE coffee. (all in moderation)

As a final note
I would suggestion you to seek a naturopath or herbalist to help dispense you some specific recommendation for your specific symptoms as what I've said above is by no means a diagnoses for how to traffic with your situation. It's just a suggestion.
No you haven't. There is no such disorder as "adrenal fatigue"
