What are the pros and cons of taking Amino Acid Supplements? How long does it take to see results provided that you workout regularly?
Answers: Hey man, you don't need supplements to find good bodybuilding results. Just lift thorny, eat a lot, and sleep economically. Take protein bars if you have too. But supplements can definately be risky to health and can unnaturally increase your weight. And that immensity is not muscle, it is fat. Just be careful brother! Good luck!
