Any herb that will relieve next to counterweight loss?
Im not trying to lose 100 lbs, just 30-40 lbs, so is there anything that will sustain along with a physical excercise, that will speed up and maximize the workout, like an herbal supplement or anything else.
Anyone ever tried coconut grease for this.

yes coconut oil helps, I prefer proper (your gettting the MCT and lauric acid in both so don't tolerate anyone tell you that virgin is better). Coconut milk also helps. Ground flaxseed mixed next to lowfat milk is also good. L-carnitine is another good one. These are the just few that have helped for me. best of luck to you.
