Answers: I used to get some really nasty migraines and headache buddy... mine was because of a poor diet and allergies...
Allergies & dehydration & intolerances to foods or sensitivities to chemicals or perfumes, nouns pollution such as cigarette smoke can all trigger migraines and headaches.
A lot of relatives also react badly after ingesting foods and drinks regarded as "diet" items as they usually contain an artificial chemical sweetner called aspartame. aspartame. the truth about aspartame is that it is an insidious sweet chemically enhanced sugar that will do all sorts of devastating side affects if consumed in ample quantities.
Seems ludicrous to me that something that is market to help you lose weight will contained by actual fact help you to gain shipment .. what aspartame does is block the satiety receptors in your brain (you know that feeling of satiety ie ~ have had enough to get through or drink??) thus making you unaware of the fact that you're not hungry anymore and you will most times simply hang on to eating ... ***brrrr shudders*** ... avoid that nasty stuff close to the plague i reckon . drink water with a splash of lemon or lime liquid ... the natural vitamin C and citric acid contained by both will do wonders for your blood pressure levels, act as a instinctive laxative and digestive aid and also bolster your immune system.. it also causes a devastating list of side affects.
Here, check out this join on aspartame ~

Also, foods rich in magnesium have be shown to be usefull for alleviating the pain of migraine attacks ie ~leafy and green vegies, cold water fishes such as tuna, sardines, salmon and whiting, natural nuts and seeds (organic to avoid the nasty sulfites and chemicals that the commercial variety are often preserved with) and wholegrain breads and cereals (if you can tolerate wheat)... foods rich within magnesium will also help in resolving any issues beside constipation that you may, help to resolve an acid tummy and also aid surrounded by helping you deal with the stressy every hours of daylight life situations we are all exposed to .. magnesium is particular as the antistress mineral.
Drink loads of fresh filtered water on a daily basis too .. at least 2 - 3 litres per day and try to cut right stern on any dehydrating drinks such as coffee, tea, sodas and soft drinks and alcohol (if you drink any) too as all these will dehydrate you terribly and rob you of your precious B complex of vitamins ... which are so essential for hygienic neural, digestive and immune system functioning.
Iron deficiency can also cause objectionable nasty headaches and migraines .. do you get through enough iron rich foods?? Other symptoms of iron deficiency anemia are fatigue and nouns, paleness of skin, dizzy spells and fainting inner health, excessive feelings of being cold and irritability and moodiness.
A right way to check if you have iron lesser amount anemia is to look at the coloring of the inner lid of your bottom eyelid .. pasty and white means that you are anemic, rich and red is healthy and not anemic.
foods rich surrounded by iron are ~ pork, beef, liver, red meat, clams, dried organic peaches, egg yolks, oysters, organic nuts, beans, asparagus, unsulphured natural molasses and oatmeal ... organic with nuts and dried fruits and molasses to avoid callous sulfites and chemicals that they use to "preserve" the commercial varieties that will most likely upset sensitive bodies
hope this help a bit
