Do green tea pills own duplicate effect as green tea itself?
In other words, are pills just as good as the legitimate thing? (especially pertaining to the antioxidants and speeding up of the metabolism)
Answers: The capsules contain the tea leaves, I see in your mind`s eye that the benefits could be increased as you are ingesting the entire leaf and can get a sophisticated dose than by drinking the tea diluted in water.
it should because, it would own a lot of the same indigents within it. It might have more health appeal to it cause it would be more pure than a liquid Green Tea. im pretty sure they work as flawless as the actual liquid. I started taking the pill about 2 weeks ago and i enjoy seen results already.
