How to buy kale (borecole) within indonesia?

Kale or Borecole is a form of cabbage (Brassica oleracea Acephala Group), green in color, in which the main leaves do not form a head. It is considered to be closer to wild cabbage than most domesticated forms. The species Brassica oleracea contains a yawning array of vegetables including broccoli, cauliflower, and Brussels sprouts. The Cultivar Group Acephala also includes spring greens and collard greens, which are extremely similar genetically.
Answers:    Buy some seeds and give them to a vegetable cultivator? Grow your own kale?
If the vegetables in the Brassica oleracea group are not being grown contained by Indonesia due to the climate and culture, growing kale would be an experimental venture. If I lived in Indonesia, I would put away Chinese greens instead of kale.
