Is meditation beneficial to your vigour?


I've be taught that with advanced meditation you'll stop charitable about your health. You'll realise how little it matter... this is fairly haevy stuff and maybe not what you're looking for!

It is really beneficial. I started a year ago and have totally de-stressed and its adjectives knowlege that stress really causes most illness and deseases. Can I recomend this book that get me started

Answers:    A few years ago, I was tired all the time. I did not want to achieve up from my bed, sleepy all the time. Used to sleep over ten hours. I did not enjoy the existence due to tiredness.

I heard about meditation and I started doing it, suddenly I feel change in my lifestyle even in recent times after 2 -3 days. Slowly and slowly, I increased the time of meditation and now I do meditation regularly.

I really really feel moral, relaxed, less stressed. My health have improved a lot. I relish life now.
