What are these different types of massage?
Which one do you recommend?
Swedish? hot stone? Shiatsu??
Answers: It all depends on what you're looking for. Swedish is designed for relaxation, and is excellent. Hot stone (obviously) uses warm stones, and can use different types of technique. Shiatsu works with the meridians of traditional Chinese medicine, and can be used for almost anything that acupuncture is.
Swedish is typically the first mould modality that is taught to students because it's core.
Like I said, it depends on what you're looking for. If I knew that, I could make a opinion. Feel free to email me through answers for more information, and I can get back to you.
