Cavity At the Lateral Incisor?

So, lately I've been looking at my teeth lately and I've noticed a tiny tiny hole contained by one of my lateral incisors. I have braces so will my orthodontist need to remove the telecommunication? Since it is at the back of the tooth and not the front I assume it won't be noticed right? The front of the entire tooth looks fitting, so I'm hoping that they won't drill a hole through the tooth to make it noticeable.I'm in recent times asking this question to make sure grounds I've never had a cavity there. My dentist appointment is Thursday I'm asking for adjectives reference.

Answers:    By all method bring it up...whats the point of braces if you don't take care of the tooth itself. Your dentist/orthodonist should see it if they are doing their brief right...I wouldn't think they would have to remove the line unless the tooth was to be removed.
