Gum swollen around loose tooth?

okay so in school my tooth become loose so in class when i was bored i started wiggle it.. well now my gum around my loose tooth is swollen it hurts so discouraging. What can i do to stop the pain and y is it swollen?
you irritated it while wiggle it around. Take some asprin and the pain will subside along with the swelling, and set off it alone. If the pain persists and you wake up up with it tomorrow, call the dentist.
If the gum be sore before the tooth became loose, it could be gingivitis or gum disease within the begining stages. It is more likely that wiggling the tooth simply irritated the gum.

I've hear that ora-gel or similar topical tooth ache medications work all right. I would stop wiggling it (yeah, that will be hard) and see a dentist.
go to the dentist-your gums are officially infected. you will probably capture good pain meds and antibiotics. if you don't you might finale up saying goodbye to that tooth.
