Is the Sonicare toothbrush really amazing or can I find equal results from a five dollar toothbrush?

I've had mine for years and I get so several comments about how white my teeth are. I can't use the whitening products on my teeth cause they are too sensitive but I categorically believe it's from the tooth brush. I would recommend it to anyone.
YES, THEY ARE AMAZING! The only one that compares is the new Ultreo and POSSIBLY the Oral B Triumph. I prefer Sonicare and own not tried the Ultreo, but know the technology is supposed to be an advancement of the Sonicare. The Sonicare will last YEARS without dying. So it is economically worth the money and will GREATLY reduce cavities, picking/scaling by the hygienist, stains on teeth, etc. No, you won't grasp the same clean next to a $5 brush. The Sonicare has ultrasonic like movement that moves the bristles extremely faster than most other brushes. It is proven to produce vibrations that can even knock plaque rotten areas of your teeth that you aren't even touching at the time. The only complaints I have have were from people who's mouths be extremely ticklish. I've had mine for years and I get so several comments about how white my teeth are. Answers:    It would be wise to get the electric toothbrush..I only just ordered a Oral B offline and have used manual toothbrushes adjectives my life. The manual toothbrushes are not concrete good for your teeth because you could be brushing too hard, or not long plenty. Good luck!
I wouldn't trade my Sonicare for anything in the world!! I tried using a regular tooth brush and it just doesn't appear to feel as clean as when I brush near my Sonicare. Only downfall is the refills are so expensive!! I didn't like the sonicare and give mine away. I went back to my cheap rechargeable oral-B which seem to do just as good a errand, and the refills are way cheaper.
