Retainer grill...?

I had braces back contained by highschool, havnt worn my retainer in about 2 years...it feel like it doesnt fit right, last hours of darkness i wore it all night and i woke up next to a ton of pain in my mouth

do i requirement a new one or will the teeth just shift backbone if i continue wearing it?

Answers:    The reason your teeth are sore is because you haven't worn it within so long. If you feel like it is not fitting honest have your orthodontist have a look at it. They will probably do some minor adjustment to it and have you wear it full time for a few weeks so the teeth can get used to it. Your teeth will be sore at first as they are presently.

i actually had indistinguishable problem and kept my retainer for years (still have it) but it doesn't fit anymore. you need to shift back to your orthodontist and have a modern molding fitted to your mouth. i think that your teeth and size of mouth changes as you return with older. If it goes contained by, it is ok go ahead and wear it. Yes, it will hurt for sometimes until your teeth get moved stern.
