!!Backache!!?

im only 15 but i have really discouraging backache ive had itsince yeaterday moring its killing!! is within anything i can do for it ??

Answers:    Lay on your back next to both knees bent, gently pull one knees towards your chest for 10 seconds and then release it for 5 second, repeat this 5 times, then do the other leg.
Then pull both knees together towards your chest for equal amount of time, rest for a little while and then repeat the process.
Apply an rime pack to the area that you feel the strain (not on to bare skin) for 10 minutes.
DO NOT apply heat, as this will increase any inflammation to be precise there.

You could try a heating pad to sustain alleviate the back muscles. To prevent from it coming back you could try doing some resistance exercises. Try lying on the floor beside your back flat and your legs up on a chair for a few minutes respectively day, also a hot shower is really good to smoothness the tension.
