Could near be something wrong beside me??

ok..well my side has be hurting like when ever i touch it or sumthing like that..and i looked at it and u can see my vains..and later i looked at my legs and i noticed u can see my vains there 2...im similar to rly with tho...could there be sumthing wrong...have this happend to any1 else..im only 12 by the way.i turn 13 surrounded by like 4 months
