I enjoy not gone to the gym since Saturday but am still feeling it here and there.. it's mild and it's simply on my right side.
Don't worry something like it, it's just your muscles that you haven't been using starting to work. I'd articulate you feel it mostly when you breath in low or stretch am i right? Once they get going and they get used to what your doing the affliction will wear off.
Stretch your legs a bit before you start running subsequent time.
You've just started working out so your body is a lttle sore from the pressure... You'll be okay. Next time before you start running...do a heat up up that includes stretching and speed-walk before running and walk after running. If you newly automatically start running. You're pressuring your body and forcing your muscles to do things its not use to.after a few work outs you're body will adjust to it.no more pain. I think it was probably lately a stitch. If you want to carry on exercising, then merely take it easy and slow; build up little by little. If it gets any worse whilst your not exercising, then it might be advisable to see a doctor :)
It could be because you haven't ran in a while. When starting point an exercise routine, you have to take it slowly contained by the beginning. Right now your conditioning the muscles to get hold of back to a former state or better condition. However, i do think u should see one up to that time starting any exercise regimen. Answers:    Doubtful it's your kidney or liver, unless you've had problems with them surrounded by the past and this feels resembling it again. Your liver is not in your side, really. It's all through your abdoman, but more centered and surrounded by the front, if you have "liver ache". Your kidneys are also not usually in your side, but around at the bottom of your rib cage in rear legs. Liver & kidney handle major operation of waste removal for your body; if you were have kidney or liver problems, you would feel desperately ill, not a moment ago a mild pain in your right side. Doubtful it's your kidney or liver.

It sounds close to you did not transition from sedentariness to full on exercise of <RUNNING!!> and your body needs that transition to warm up, stretch out, etc., and do that successfully. Good for you for getting more live, but exercise is a way of life, not something you turn on & bad, and move into quickly. I would say try some ibuprofen to grasp the inflammation down in whatever module you strained in your side by running (and ten minutes is a lot for some people--try brisk walking for a week!) See if that doesn't give a hand.
It's probably a pulled or even a torn muscle. If it continues minus relief then you should consider seeing a physician give or take a few the matter. well it might be a cramp and unless u enjoy had trouble with your kidney or liver i wouldnt verbs about it biut just within case i would just gain it checked out by a doctor
