Popping your own wager on?

What are some ways to pop your own back? I feel profoundly of tension and soreness in my support, but I can't seem to be able to pop it. Does anyone know any flawless ways to pop your own back or some stretches I can do to stretch my back?
Answers:    sit on the floor, next to your legs folded under you. twist your trunk around, preference back and pulling to the side.
i do this because i had spinal fusion and it's the lone way i can stretch and relieve pain and stiffness.
i hold problems with my back it started next to the soreness and tension then it started pinching
see a chiropractor or physio to draw from ur back sorted because u mite damage it similar to i done
