(1 week diet) Will my plan work??
I've lost 52 pounds. Today I ate too much and I feel nasty. Someone told me that I could verbs out my body by eating nothing, but vegies and fruit. I want to trick my metabolism big time. I'll be doing tons of cardio and drinking profusely of water. This is what I intend on doing.
Tomororw I'm not eating anything, but boiled vegetables. Saturday, I'm drinking anything, but 2 boiled eggs and some boiled chicken throughout the day. On Sunday, I will fast, drinking nil, but water and eating 1 /2 Banana and 1 Apple.
The Following Week...
Monday I'm doing the boiled vegetable point again with 1 boiled egg.
Tuesday - Eating small proportions of anything I want 3 times.
Wednesday - Bread Day. (Lay off my put money on about carbs) 2 Cornbread Muffins and 1 English Muffin.
Thursday - Soup Day. 5 Small Bowls of Campbells Chicken Noodle Soup.
Friday - Boiled Vegetale thing again.
Saturday - 2 boiled eggs beside boiled chicken throught the day.
