Excessive cellulite problem for a 29yr hoary?

i'm 5ft8", weighing 132 pounds. female 29yrs, no kids but. My cellulite problem is getting from bad to worse. I don't smoke, i exercise by jogging and swimming at lowest once a week.but i drink coffee (caffeine) around twice a day. It used to be only the thighs nouns, but now my upper arms and my calfs is affected by the cellulite problem. I tried to polish the affected areas sometimes. What else can be done to help?

Answers:    More exercise, try to do it more than once a week. Every other afternoon would be better if you can. My Mom had cellulite and I seem to hold inherited it. Good exercise like big impact cardio and dance are good, step and pilates and yoga. When taking a shower or tub rub with a loofah if you can.
