Has any one done the master cleanse?
Was it difficult for you? How did you feel when you were done? Did you lose any bulk? I want to know all about it.
Can you explain what a master cleanse is? Is it just a liquid diet type item? I am intrigued by this. because I wiegh 285 and wanted to go on a solution diet, but everyone told me that it is dangerous. So I didn't do it.
it be difficult, but thats because I worked at a restaurant and I had food all around me. I feel good whenever I was gone, I feel clean and accomplished I lost more or less 40 pounds, but thats because I was doing some running and weight training at duplicate time. Answers: The master cleanse can be a definite eye-opening experience. I went through it about a year ago and found it to be really beneficial to me.
As far as how you perceive, here is my recap:
Days 1-3 - really hungry - Your body isn't used to not consuming so many calories. The mix helps alot, but oodles people have totally strong addictions to unhealthy foods. The cleanse help break this cycle - which is ultimately where you should plan to lose weight if to be precise your intentions. I craved Taco Time :)
Days 4-10 - I jumped around from feeling kinda sluggish to really steady and clear to feeling really great. The further you continue on the cleanse the better you tend to quality. By day 5 I really didn't feel any sort of obligation to consume anything that could be deemed "bad" for you.
After the cleanse I only craved unprocessed fruits and vegetables.
Yes, you will lose tons of weight, quite possibly surrounded by the 15-30 lb range. Much from excess water cargo and consuming a lack of calories. Its very possible to keep hold of the weight off considering you follow the cleanse to a "T" and do the follow up work.
As far as bulk loss is concerned, the cleanse is primarly for detoxification, but it is also to break yourself from unhealthy food addictions. This ultimately lead to significant weight loss as a change of diet. Believe me, after the cleanse you probably won't be craving unwholesome foods.
You can read a ton of articles in the website below. Hope this helps.

waistline. He seemed to have more dynamism for a week or so..
talk with your doctor first, This diet is also highly dangerous since it ALSO removes a lot of the nutrients contained by your body. Several people have already died from this in-thing diet what is the master cleanse?
