(health) Why do I start shaking when I exercise?

I'm fifteen and haven't done exercise in a while. I weight 245. is this regular. I'm planning in going to the gym.
Sorry, but I don't think 245 is normal for a 15 yr hoary. But, you shouldn't just go to the gym and move about all out. Start slow, get a trainer, and effortlessness into working out. Your'e shaking because your'e using all of the oxygen in your body. If you get hold of a trainer, he would help you do whats best for your body.
Good Luck!! Im sixteen, why 160 really skinny. I shake too when I exercise. Your body is being stressed and is using it's muscles. The harder you work the more u will start to shake.
I had this problem yesterday when I started getting put money on into my workouts.

1) You could be starting too quickly. If you haven't exercised much and are out of shape, you want to start slowly. Jumping into a workout program when your body hasn't worked up to it could give you more than just shakes, it could impart you an injury. Maybe start with walking and work up to jogging over a few weeks or something similar depending on what exercise you wanna do. Plus - If you're really getting tired hold a break!

2) You might not be drinking enough water. The more exercise you do, the more dampen your body needs. Make sure that you're hydrated by drinking a glass of wet before beginning your exercise and hold one available the full time you're working out and then one after.

3) You may not be eating adequate. If you're also dieting, make sure that on days that you're working out you're giving your body a few extra calories. It sounds counter productive, but believe me, you will still be burning more calories and lose weight. Maybe ingestion more fruit and veggies will help keep your verve up too. If you haven't eaten much before exercise, you can run out up "bonking" (When your blood sugar gets really low) and can lead to severely decrease energy and increased soreness the next sunshine.

4) Are you getting enough sleep? Sleep is a major indicator of how much vigour you're gonna have to work out the next time. Sleeping consistent hours is really important. If you're getting 7 hours a night, but one darkness it's 7pm - 3am and the next it's 12am - 7am, it won't be very restful to your body. Routine is fitting for us!
Answers:    Yes this is normal.everyone who is not really "within shape" will shake. Just keep excerising, it will stop.
