Hmm clean?

wats a HEALTHY way of loosing weight? while not one stupid?
Answers:    exercise a lot and eat fruits and vegs.
Healthy- NO unwanted items food, NO candy, Drink WATER, especially alot when exercising. Do 50/100 push-ups and 50/100 sit-ups a day, go running for close to an hour every day. (Or jogging) Treadmills work just fine, save in mind to drink alot of water while doing so. Do some cardiac or anything stuff for like 30/60 minutes a day also. Eat 4-5 SMALL meal a day, this is actually better than 3 huge meals a day believe it or not. PRE-CUT carrot, apples, oranges, bananas for easy snacking. Its proved that pre-made veggie/fruit snacks are most likely to be eat more often. Do not keep candy and second-hand goods food in the house. Reward yourself with t.v./computer time- to hold you up on the diet, so you wont quit after a week. Umm. that's all I can think in the region of so far. I really hope I helped, best of luck!
