***How can I lose 10 pounds contained by 24 days (super short question)***?

5'3", 135 pounds, 14.
I'm willing to do ANYTHING (except pills), to lose the ten pounds.

Okay I have lost 10 pounds within 2 weeks before
very flowing!
First- Control your portions, and be careful what you eat.

I workout 5 days a week
on fittv. very deeply good
IF you have that pipe. All Star Workouts (60) is very good and Total Body workout(30).
If you dont after purchase a jump rope and jump!
you can burn up to 700 calories within 1 hour.
Change up your exercies too. DOnt do they same thing everyday. Jog one day, next jump rope the next.
Just stay to it and you will lose 10 pounds contained by no time!

Answers:    Please don't try to lose so much weight surrounded by such a short time span. When your fats breaks down that swiftly, you will get stretch marks. I get such stretch marks in my teens years when my shipment reduced alot in a short time span. the stretch grades wont go away for life. Get into a tough diet and exercise routine and lose weight slowly. you can see a doctor to ask him to work out a plan too.
well, dont drink pop, thats a big mistake.
clutch in less food.
excersise more.
dont chomp through before you go to bed.
dont starve yourself, at hand is no for sure way that you will lose 10 pounds that fast.
