I am 16 years older i exercise regularly, drink athletic, and drink lots of wet.all the same i am acquirement freight?

is this normal? im 5'5 and 126 lbs. about a month ago i be 123 pounds...since then, i have gain 3 pounds and since then i have be eating better and excercising more...why am i gaining immensity?

It puzzles me when young teens ask those questions. I don't suggest to belittle you in any way, but you still are a child within terms of your body and growing. You are probably growing in point and muscle. Keep eating healthy and you will be a nutritious adult. It's good to start impulsive, but please don't fuss about your appearance. You seem to be doing the right entry with eating nutritious, so just stay active and wallow in your teens. And please stay away from the scale.I advise against it at any age, but especially for teens girls that are growing within many ways.

I wouldnt worry about it too much.newly keep doing what your doing..its not about what the scramble says, its about how you look and surface.and you need to look at body fat percent fairly than overal pounds.
