Football season comming up I am 13 and i lift and run regularly. I ahve about 5' 4" and mass around 135 give or take... i am lifting just about 60 and bench about 120 how often should i do this and run and for how long... are here any perticular machines or excersizes u would reccomend besides a good diet wht would you reccomend me to do to lose a few pounds
