okay, so i was wondering if this workout will give me a bigger butt.
and how long do you guess it will take me to see results?
also.. what does it mean when it say do 12 reps..or w.e

Yeah, it's ok. But lunges and squats are 1 million times better. And step ups. Also, a stairmaster, or climbing stairs. You'll have a rock solid butt in no time if you incorporate adjectives of these exercises. 12 reps means repeat 12 times. it looks like a right excercise but as with everything else good it will help yourself to time
