I have this "healthiness scale", where 0 is SUPER HEALTHY, 5 is neutral-ish, and 10 is thoroughly unhealthy, like a bucket of fat or something.
1. Using that scale, how unhealthy is cornbread?
2. Can you supply me some foods that would be a 0 or in the 0's?
2.) Some foods that might be a 0:
-Fruit (not grapes, apricots or plums= cause excess gas)
- Veggies (peas are starchy, but still healthy)
- WATER (duh)
- Whole-grains (oatmeal)
- SALMON (has omega-3, protein, and very little calories...conceivably 50) =d yum
