What are great expercises for women?
so first off heres some info...; im 19 and 5'2 and 127 pds. and ive got that little pouch or pooch that women usually seize that. And my bf is on this huge kick where we call for to workout ect. and i need to get surrounded by shape anyways and im wanting that super flat tum tum cause when i wear a bathing suit i know im not unattractive ect but i be aware of so self concious about it. What are some exercises that really work and how many do i do contained by how much time and how often and when can i expect to see results. thanks peep.
Running is perfect but it won't help that much. most girls have excess belly podginess but arn't fat. in directive to get a flat stomach try doing sit-ups. Sit-ups can be hard if you do satisfactory so try getting an exercise ball because it will help you be capable of do more. Do about 200-400 sit-ups a day. but remember they don't hold to be done at the same time..do 100 in the morning, afternoon, after supper, and up to that time bed. Do vacuum poses, isometric ab squeezes, and planks. I put the link to an article that explains them to you. Good luck!!
It can be quite simple to reduce or get hold of rid of your little pouch or pooch if you follow the right program to do exercises to burn the calories and maintain a proper healthy diet.

Answers: Anything cardio will help you to loose weight. Unlike the previous counsel, you cannot target a specific weight loss area. Sit ups will not present you a flat tummy, they'll make it firm, but it will be under that lode of fat. Follow the advice of the first answer, low carbs, dignified fiber, high lean protein. Specifically, eat protein inwardly 30 minutes of exercise to repair and rebuild your muscles. Try Weight Watchers, they have lots of tools to aid you loose weight and maintain it. And, well brought-up luck. It's a lot easier to loose the weight and hang on to it off now when you are youthful.
Dancing and rapid walking are great.
Also, if you have tummy portly, try cutting out most carbs and eat more protein and veggies. You may find it will shrink pretty quickly.
