you are working out to much you should be doing a one off and one on surrounded by other word lift one day and consequently rest of do cardio the next when you lift weights your muscle fibers slit and when you rest they build up that is what gets you big... if you dont rest next your muscle will probably becomes misshapen and wont heal right and you will running out up hurting yourself chill and let your muscles heal so u can progress back and hit it hard again the light of day after rest
Lol! You probably wash your clothes too much! If you wanna get thinner. It take time, eat right and exercise for 1hr a day. You'll see results within time!!
