-eat 1400-1600 calories a day
-no meat products (ALL meat has antibiotics, steroids, and hormones. I don't drink it at ALL.)
-exercise 5-7 times a week for 45 minutes or more (doing cardio. I choose not to do weight lifting for certain reason.)
-14, 131 lbs, 5'3", size 5 pants, medium size body frame (on the borderline of mortal overweight..using a a BMI for TEENS)
My ideal weight is 115 pounds (for increase, age, and body fram)

yes,but exercise just 5 or 6 days a week...rest on day 7...your body requests it...and in between those 5 days opt for fitball or pilates to tone up...you dont have to move up weights if you dont wish to No
