When you go into the gym to exercise your muscles you can see people who are lifting your counterweight. Dont be impressed, half of them dont know what they are doing. Most of them dont have the technnique. Its not in the region of the weight.
Answers: Technique is important as resourcefully as the mind muscle connection. I am amazed at the people who come to the gym hours of daylight after day and nothing ever change.
However….. The weight does matter to an extent especially if your aspiration is to increase the muscle size. You naturally become stronger as muscle mass increases therefore requiring auxiliary weight to tax the muscle to a point that will cause additional growth. I can guarantee swimming will not pass you a body like mine!!

I work out by swimming the breaststroke 30 minutes a day.
My chest is larger next theirs will ever be and my arms too.And bike one hour each day:so my legs are particularly developped.I run a lot:very thight buns.
