As for training... people develop a routine that suits them.
For example, I do a four year routine concentrating my effort on one muscle group each time ... today I did legs for 75 mins. I won't do legs again for another week. Tomorrow, I will do support and biceps for 75 mins... and then give them a week to rest.

as the other anwser has said - creatine is a adjectives supplement but i would wait a bit until your more into your routine.
You will make appropriate gains without any supplements at the mo as you enjoy just started.

also, when you get a bit more serious never train whilst your muscles are sore.

You should get one day of rest between weightiness lifting sessions. You can do cardio on your days off. some sort of testosterome lol

My direction would be that U alternate muscle groups, ie upper body 1 day, legs/back the next. Allow your muscles 24 hours 2 regenerate. The stomach-ache U are feeling is your muscles rebuilding!!
Hence the phrase 'No pain, no gain!'
