Can a man masterbait too much? Can the inside of his penis be shabby from ejaculate alot?

I'm a male in my untimely 20s. I am always very horny, and masterbait around 2 - 4 times per hours of daylight. Sometimes I masterbait so much that my penis gets a little sore. I use lube immediately to reduce the friction on my skin.

I am asking because I herd a story once where on earth a guy had so much sex, that due to ejaculating so masses times he injured the tube inside his penis. I know after ejaculating 3 or more times in a hours of daylight, it will feel a tad bit sore but nothing trunk. The next day I'm geared up for more wanking.
