What is a good diet or pill to lose weight quick? I need either or, to lose nearly 5-15 pounds of fat within 2-4 weeks.

If you drink a lot of beer or soda, cut it out (although beer in moderation is discouraging ;) ). Soda has a lot of sugar and is also discouraging for your bones. Eat three meals a day. Don't starve yourself because your metabolism will drop. Don't put away anything after 6:00 p.m., and don't drink anything that contains calories. Stay away from white bread, pasta, and rice. Answers:    Go on a liquid nippy and you could lose up to 15 pounds in 2 weeks. Or you could eat right and exercise and lose 8 pounds within 4 weeks.
dont guzzle a lot and drink water and milk not pop
