OK i have just bee maturbating for at leat 20 minutes i never get an orgasm and never have got one, im 13 i used vassiline as lube is this ok? and anyone know what im doing wrong i acquire tingy fellings in legs but then nought.

Sometimes it may take more than 20 minutes.(Especially on your first time.) Just save going. Sometimes it's better to wait until you are so horny you can't stand it, and that might help you go and get more into it. I know it can be frustrating, believe me I have been near before. Just take you time and fantasize greatly. And yes it is okay to your vaseline as lube.

First of all - do NOT use Vaseline as a lubricant (vaginally) - it will trap & hold germs potentially causing an infection.

Vasoline is fine as a lubricant. A bit sticky, but if it's all you enjoy, it's better than using shampoo or lotion. You might be straining yourself (which would explain the tingling). Are you looking at some sort of arousing material or are you using your imagination? Also, you may not be ready, physically, to pull off an orgasm. Have you had a wet dream in the past? Try to relax. oh man you used them adjectives, thats the thing though, women have unlimited orgasm but guys hold certain amount of orgasms, around 20 or 30, enough to reproduce and enjoy fun.

1. If you are just masturbating, Vaseline is fine for a lubricant. However, you may find things more satisfying with a water base lube such as KY Jelly or Astro Glide, and clean up is easier too!
2. When you say "orgasm", I an assuming you are referring to an ejaculation. At 13, you are newly starting puberty and your body may not have developed enough nonetheless for you to have an ejaculation. Just give it some time and eventually it will arise.
3. A males body IS NOT limited to a set number of ejaculations, once you begin to hold them, and you keep yourself in moral health, it is possible to continue have them until the day you die! However, there may be times when you find it difficult to own one, maybe cause you are tired, contained by ill health or purely not all that turned on.
