lol well asians are known to be small..and if your uncircumsied your gonna look smaller. but you should grow. if you dont, or you never do, ask a doctor. if its 2.5 inches anyways, i reflect your fine, as long as your small in body mass, and are young. if you be older and tall though, that might be a prollem.

If you are really 2.5 inches when erect then you may suffer from somthing called a micropenis. I would stir to your doctor and talk to him about it. But at your age that can devolution. So I wouldn't sweat over it too much. Just the next time you see your doctor bring up the subject. Even if it is embarrasing, just ask the grill.
