People say i am mentally strong and i also do think i am mentally strong i own been through a lot contained by my life and part of getting through my not easy time involved being mentally strong. My question is how can i create myself more stronger mentally and how can i moativate myself to be more mentally stronger?
What a nice question to answer, unfortunately most citizens who ask questions on here are in some distress and entail some help to overcome what the are going through... not that I ignore those question - I'm happy to try and give anyone a helping appendage if I can.
There are ways that we can help ourselves, having a positive attitude and the talent to put things in context and perspective are some.
