"All-nighter" (no sleep) remedy?
As a college student, whenever I have to pull an “all-nighter” I be aware of like absolute crap the subsequent day. With a combination of coffee and Adderall I can manage to stay awake however, I usually hold a stomach ache all the subsequent day. I've spoken to many other inhabitants who have the same problem and I be wondering if there is a remedy someone has found to acquire your body to function and feel a bit more 'normal' when pulling a 36 - 48 hour day.
Trade the coffee for fresh fruit liquid (without the added sugar) and the pills for fresh fruit. The natural sugars are more slowly released than processed sugars and caffeine. One reason for the upset stomach is that coffee is sour, which can not only give physical form problems but can also affect mood. well the all-nighter is not to healthy surrounded by general, certainly when you are forcing your body to stay awake.
If you know your going to verbs one I would suggest taking a couple of short naps during the day between classes to prepare your body for what is ahead.
Ok hun. I am a former meth addict, so I know relatively a bit about all-nighters. First and foremost, kick the adderall. It's not going to do you any angelic, and that in and of itself explains a lot of your opinion like crap.
Second, no, there is no approach to do and feel fine. Even on meth you can feel the effects of sleep deprivation. You will not quality fine, your body needs sleep and will not function normally lacking it. There are, however, ways to alleviate these the crap feeling. Vitamin B12 helps like mad, as do SAM-e's. You can also make sure that you are well hydrated. Sleep deprivation regularly leads to dehydration, causing a hangover type intuition. ginseng and ginkgo biloba also help. You will definitely want to stay away from any class 2 drug such as adderall or amphetamines, also caffeine can net the come down much harder.
And on a side note, in psychology they will guide you that cramming and overnighters are the least effective approach to study. So it would be best if you could study before hand, and sleep every dark, but we all know that's not gonna happen. Lol.
Answers: I'm a moment ago graduating college. After experimenting with every mode of energy drink the past 2 years the most potent one near the least amount of side effects was Six Hour Energy. Five Hour Energy is made by a different company but doesn't nibble that good. With 2 bottles of the Six Hour stuff I was competent to make it the entire night and the subsequent day with no problems. I use to gain upset stomachs too from all nighters and I think it might hold been because of the caffeine content in coffee and dynamism drinks. Five and Six Hour Energy uses a minimal amount of caffeine along with a lot of B-6 and B-12 vitamins for the liveliness boost instead of taurine, a whole bag of sugar, and the other chemicals they are starting to put within carbonated energy drinks.
