Yesterday after I ate my stomach started to hurt and I threw up a little bit a few hours later and within the morning I threw up again this time it was a lot more..What should I drink or put away after this?
drink or drink something light and warm..it can be gastritis,if it continues to continue (vomiting) better see a doctor to avoid dehydration.
Drink water or ginger ail and eat try toast or crackers . Do this for almost 4 hours. if you still continue vomiting call your doctor. You do not want to risk dehydrating.
Body is made up of 90% water... when your sick your body dehyrdates without you knowing it and its significant to keep your fluid at top level at adjectives times...even if it means your off to the loo every 3 mins.. its a dutiful sign.
As for food, yeah toast and crackers, chips. I found toast hard to eat when i used to gain sick, so original flavoured chips was the process to go..

Answers: Try drinking Gatorade...if not it could be food poisining, or your down with the flu. I wouldn't recommend intake solids or any greasy food. See your physician, he/she might put you on a liquid diet.
