Why does my poo clog the toilet?

First of all, I'm not trying to be a troll and act funny.

Anytime anyone else go to the bathroom it doesn't clog, but when I go it does. The avoid this I have to flush similar to two or three times throughout the session. Is it because my poo is too hard? What can I eat to manufacture it softer? I think bananas help, but isn't that for relations who don't go a lot...?

Thanks...sorry for discouraging topic!
first of all. EWWWWWW!!1
secondly maybe you use to much tp. I know someone who have a similar problem n when she cut back on the amount a tp she used her problem stopped.
or maybe you requirement to eat softer foods n drink more water.
Try a stool softener...also abiding medications can cause this too. If you aren't on any and it isn't hurting when you shift then I wouldn't worry something like it. If it gets so bad that it is resembling huge and painful then stir to the doctor because it is a sign of intestinal issues. first of all. EWWWWWW!!1

You might enjoy build up or a crack in the sewer line specifically catching your stuff. Call a plumber and have them run a camera. Your poop might have greater girth than most...you could try breaking it up beside a toilet brush before flushing. Or eating plentifully of Mexican food, diarrhea is soft.
Answers:    Alright, here's some things to trouble shoot over:

1. How much toilet paper do you use? Some people are really restructured and use one or two squares at a time and fold it over and stuff before they put it in the pot, so to speak, so I don`t know you're just using so much it clogs the toilet.

2. If your poo is brick hard, you obligation to hydrate and eat more fiber. Biologically, you have highly long intestines that indicate you should eat a mostly plant-based diet, because meat has no fiber and animals that are carnivores enjoy very short intestines to accommodate for that; since human beings are omnivores that evolved from herbivores, you need to focus on increasing your fiber intake - you hold 26 feet of intestines to push food through! Eating white flour and lunch meat is not enough. Add lots of fruits and vegetables and undamaged grains to boost fiber intake - plus fruits and veggies have lots of river content too.

3. Drink water, drink water, drink wet.

4. If you're not sure, do a courtesy flush. About halfway through just flush, whether you're done or not. Courtesy flushes are other done before you start using T.P.

Don't get special tools to break the dookie up surrounded by the toilet or anything like that, this is probably your body telling you something - you want to eat more fruits and veggies and you need to drink more river.

DO NOT take laxatives or stool softeners, they are NEVER worth the risk of having your body become dependent on them. Patients achieve hooked on them all the time and after using them consistently their body just give up and can't function without them, and they have to use more and more. Your body should be capable of handle going to the bathroom without medical intervention, of late eat a healthier diet.
LMAO..drink a lot of water and you should be fine...Oh yeah Chew your food too. chomp through bread and fiber!
yay fiber!
