How do I loose mass?

I am 15 years old and my parents have totally different body types my mom is really skinny and my dad...not so much capably my brother got the skinny problem wich he is always complaining almost and I got my dads problem on a smaller scale. I am involved I run track and play soccer regularly I haven't had any pop and not alot of juice besides lemonade contained by half of a year but i have gain weight not lost any. And i am not eating more than usual. I can't appear to loose weight and its not that i am overweight but i have a big tummy. I a moment ago don't know what else there is to do.What can I do to help me loose shipment?
U can combine ww. I tried everything and nothing worked besides that. Mucsle also weighs more than anything. Eat portion sizes sit ups...or lately jog around...trust me i do that all the time
maybe you don't ned to loose weight. it seem like you have a well-mannered diet, so you probably are skinny too.

i noticed you said "more than usual" is what you usually eat closely?
if so then that's why you might be a bit bigger.

Answers:    Drink lots of water and avoid all other drinks, including juice since they are sweet and contain calories nonetheless. Instead of eating normal meal, eat SMALL meals 6-8 times a morning, like every 1.5 hours or something. Eat healthy meal such as fruits and vegetables and try to avoid foods that have a lot of carbs. Exercise each day as well. Run for 30 mins non-stop if you can. If not, work towards building up to that level.

Most feasible the issue is the amount of food you consume, the type of food you eat, and not enough involved exercise (the correct type). Following these should show results slowly but surely.
dont drink soft drinks dont eat alot of junk food adjectives the time. watch how much sugar you are eating contained by one meal at a time. check and see how much sugar is in what you are drinking. keep exercising all the time and you will be fine:)
