I found lump within vanished breast and doc found another one my nipple is purple he sent me home near no other test?

I found out my aunt had breast cancer and both breast removed I dont know much family history my grandma died when my mom be 11 and My uncle died at 32 from hodgekins. The one lump is kinda painful when it is touched I am not pregant had a tubaligation over 4 years ago and they lumps do not shift away after my menstrul cycle. Should I go see a diffrent Doctor or should I just consent to go like he did? I am also 28 years antediluvian I do have other health issues Graves diease and Vitiman D defiency purely finished a high course of vitiman D a couple moths back But the one Lump have been there for awhile.
