Assuming you aren't taking drugs (especially amphetamines) and that you eat at least twice a daylight, and generally feel OK, low solidity at your age is not necessarily abnormal. When I was within my twenties I was a little high-strung and panicky. I weighed 98 lbs at 30 and I'm 5 ft tall. Now 20 years subsequent, I'm somewhere above 120 (and won't tell you where). Our metabolism tends to slow as we age.
stuf ur frontage like crazy or have a few kids...lol. dont ever starve ur self tho. put away as much as you can...you can also work out and build muscle which ways more than fata AND you'll look great if your toned up. It will take time and effort tho. hope i could relieve!
