I'm thinking about getting one, and am just curious what the doctor say when they see it? Does it affect having a child vaginally?

And no, it won't interfer with haveing a baby, i guess the only things is it might strech a little if you gone it in while pushing out a baby. but hopefully you would help yourself to it out for that LOL! good luck and for it! Answers:    Doctors have see thousands of genital piercings by the time you get to the office. They may mention it if you own an unusual one or some other point of interest, but there will be no "eww that's horrible" reaction. Reasonable gynos enjoy gotten over genital piercings.

No your hood piercing will not affect childbirth. Your hood is a tiny membrane of skin inches away from your vaginal canal. Some other genital piercings would be slightly more at risk for being within the way, but none of them are going to keep you from man able to give birth or negatively affect your pregnancy.

Most doctors do insist that genital piercing jewelry is removed durring the conferral itself. This is to ensure that nothing gets snagged on your jewelry and cause more damage to the area. You may know how to wear some low profile barbell jewelry and work with your doctor about departure it in place.

If you're considering becomming pregnant in the subsequent year, wait until you're finished to get pierced. Pregnancy cause changes through your whole body, your vulva included. Changes contained by shape can cause complications for some piercings. While this isn't a huge issue for well established piercings, it's not worth aggravating yourself if you know you're going to be pregnant soon. If pregnancy is within the distant future, get pierced and simply hang on to an eye on your piercing as your body changes.

So no, your gyno will not care nearly your piercing and it will not interfere with vaginal childbirth.
