If your having sex, with a condom, and your also on your time, if that condom accidently rips, what are the chances of you becoming pregnant?

I had sex about three months ago beside this guy and i think he may have taken the condom of during sex.I watch him put it on and everything was cool however later contained by the act it felt resembling he may not be wearing anything at first i thought maybe im paranoid or maybe this is a really dutiful condom but i thought i may have felt a wetspot(like ***) on the bed so i jump up and ran in the bathroom and pretty much come out and told him i had to go:) i did not speak to him give or take a few it and i am still not 100 percent sure if he did or did not.i have not been next to anyone else since then.Should i continue to verbs ?should i just outright ask him if he did its still bothering me 3 months later and in a minute i only speak to him online because i make excuses not to see him.Am i human being weird? I am not intimate much because i am sooo afraid about catching something and someone taking the condom off(yeah i know its weird) i focus about everytime i have sex.Is that conventional?
