Is it not dangerous to put yogurt within my vagina?

I heard inserting yogurt in your vagina can carry rid of bv and restore the pH. Has anyone tried this before? I am afraid to use the "tampon method." Can I just use an applicator instead?
I have a sneaking suspicion that you're supposed to eat it not insert it. If I were you I wouldn't be inserting any food into your vagina, you could obtain a really bad infection.
I have never heard of inserting yogurt directly into your vagina, but I hold heard that eating yogurt keep you vagina healthy. You are supposed to eat yogurt i.e. labeled having live and active cultures surrounded by it. Eating yogurt is supposed to keep you ph levels suspended, and cranberry's are supposed to keep healthy as ably. actually I heard of this..

they said an "unflavored" one; but yeah..
I would'nt try it if I be you..

BUT do eat it!

yogurt is the best thing for your vagina && you can even box off bacteria previously you even get sick..

so EAT it
don't apply it =)
Answers:    Plain yogurt can comfort, but whole, peeled garlic cloves are better! Some ancestors wrap them in gauze so they have a "handle" to remove it--I imagine you're supposed to leave them in for 6 hours.

And I would emphatically EAT the yogurt or a good acidophilus/lactobacillus supplement to keep things wholesome.
Not unless you want an infection? I am pretty sure that is solitary going to cause a yeast infection. It is not safe to put foods near, especially that contain sugar. I have no idea where on earth or why you would have heard that. I have a sneaking suspicion that you're supposed to eat it not insert it. If I were you I wouldn't be inserting any food into your vagina, you could obtain a really bad infection.
