(No Young Kids) Is This a Yeast Infection?
It itches, it burns a bit.
i am using vagisil so calm down the itching, and I am a bit swollen.
Normal discharge is clear, but when I go deeper it is white next to VERY little clumps in it.
It smells completely normal, so what could be wrong near me.
17 years old btw.

Itching or burning
Slight blush and swelling of the vagina or vulva
Signs of trichomoniasis
A watery, yellowish or greenish bubbly discharge
An unpleasant odor
Pain and itching when urinating
Most apparent after your term
It most likely is, since those are all amazingly normal symptoms of a yeast infection. It also could easily be bacterial vaginosis. Neither are serious logically, although if it doesn't clear up within a week I would definitely see your doctor to gain treated. I had bacterial vaginosis and didn't even know it because the symptoms were so mild - the doctor give me a week of antibiotics and it was gone. It could be a very mild or untimely stage of a yeast infection or if you are at risk for acquiring an STD (sexually active) then that would be another possibility. My guess would be that it IS surrounded by fact a yeast infection and if the over the counter cream isn't helping then rota a visit to your doctor. (the fact that here isn't a fishy smell wouldn't rule out yeast infection as the symptoms can and do vary considerably.) There is also more that just one type of vaginal bacterial infection so it's best diagnosed and treated by your doctor.
