"Cramps" back?
How do you describe cramps? and how long do they last?? Is it true that bannanas help your cramps?
Answers: Cramps for me are a squeezing niggle that is usually accompanied by lower and mid vertebrae pain. Mine usually last anywhere from a hours of daylight to three days. I haven't heard anything about banana's but three Tylenol and a heat pad helps immensely for me.
cramps r horrible near me, they last about 2days, i can't progress to school or exercise any of my normal events, i don't think bannanas help Cramps have a feeling like a tummy ache/stabbing pain, but not as impossible as that, hah. Drinking water helps, so does lying down and keeping unflappable & quiet.
